RaceWars UK beginnings, originated as a Vauxhall only based event, organized amongst friends wanting a secure and private location to put their prized possessions to the test, why not a runway? Fast forward and RaceWars is one of the UK’s leading standing mile events open to all makes and models.

We are passionate about our roots and ensure that all events are available to everyone, no matter what caliber or class of vehicle you drive. Who doesn’t want to see a Modified Corsa B sprint neck and neck against a McLaren! At our events we do just that!

Our community is comprised of car enthusiasts from every and all backgrounds fostering a vibrant and inclusive environment where enthusiasts can connect, share, and forge lasting friendships.

Your and other attendees’ safety is paramount to us, our dedicated team work tirelessly to mitigate any risk and have imposed robust safety protocols and provide full safety briefs for each driver pre-event, to ensure everyone’s experience is as safe and enjoyable as possible.

We work on a ‘family first scheme’ where previous participants have priority to attend future events. There are plenty of spaces for public booking, however as this is an exclusive experience these spaces are filled quickly. Book with your deposit as soon as possible to avoid disappointment!

  • Excellent runway and great experience. Attended in May 24 and had a great time. Everyone was very welcoming and Rix and his staff were efficient and friendly. Rest assured that safety is paramount and all newbies will have to attend an online safety brief, which lasts approx 20-30 minutes. Finally, the runway is excellent and well maintained, presumably as it is on an army barracks. Upon arrival it’s clear you’re in good hands from the Marshalls and event organisers! After a quick but thorough look around your car and all boxes are ticked you’re ready to run. There aren’t many places in the uk where you can hold your car flat out for a full mile and then calmly loop back to the start line and run again… If you ever get the chance to grab a spot then I urge anyone to take the opportunity! You’ll never experience the adrenaline anywhere else.
